The Baseball Widows make their annual appearance on Bird’s Eye View, and brought a little backup. With Kylie and Henry (both 14) in tow, there was a little judgement in the room as the kids awarded some superlatives to the parents in the room.

Look, on another day, we might have gone around the bases and talked about the various things going on in Orioles Baseball. But after a heart-breaking loss, we had to take a hard look at Orioles Baseball and ask ourselves “what needs to change?”
We look at it from the perspective of change with:
- Ownership
- The executives
- The manager
- The Roster
- Fans
Things didn’t get dark, but we certainly wouldn’t recommend reading by this episode.
Fantasy Boss
Jake won. We guess. The category was dongs. Jake picked Adley and Ramon 2. Scott picked Westburg and Kjerstad.
Those four players tallied a single HR, since April 23.
With the score now 2-1 in Jake’s favor, Scott selected the category of Batting Average. Yes, really. That is how defeated Scott is. Jake took Cedric Mullins and Scott selected Ryan O’Hearn.
Shrug.

Blowing the Save
Most podcasts try to end on a high note – the perfect coda to a quality program. That’s just not our style.
