Thomas Nestico of TJStats

You’ve probably seen pitching cards posted on social media dissecting arm angles, vertical drop, spin rate, and all kinds of stuff that is important.  One of the brilliant minds behind this trend is Thomas Nestico, who runs the website, TJstats.ca.

We chat with Thomas about his site and the insights it provides. We try to tell the difference between the the things that matter, and the noise.

We do a fair job of addressing statistical analysis, protecting our hearts, not mocking hockey, and engaging in digital ecology/zoology.
