This Weekend Didn’t Suck

Don’t say we never say anything nice about the Orioles. This weekend was not terrible, and we tell you all about it. Consider the following:

The Orioles took 2 of 3 from the Boston Red Sox
- No one died of heat stroke
- We instantly won the Cashner trade
- The O’s put 11 runs on the Red Sox
- They responded to a 17-6 thrashing with a gem
- Asher Wojciechowski had a good game
- Stevie Wilkerson might be our best reliever
The HOF Weekend had some nice Maryland moments
- Harold Baines loves St. Michaels, MD
- Mike Mussina said nice things about being with the Orioles
Adley Rutschman hit his first professional HR, and there is video. It’s real, and it is spectacular.
Keon Broxton has been DFA’d
