The English and Magness families have a COVID-19 tradition called Porch Drinks. We gather on on a porch, and drink at a socially responsible distance. So we killed two Birds( Eye View) with one stone, and knocked out Episode 295 with the far more important business: porch drinks.

Blame Game

After hearing someone muse this week about whether the players might be at risk for losing in the Court of Public Opinion for not bringing back baseball, the guys go down the rabbit hole.

Is there a significant part of the fan base that would blame the players for a lack of Baseball in 2020? Would that truly impact the league’s bottom line?

And lastly, in the culture war over masks, when will MLB catchers drop their cowardice, and take the field in freedom?! Kidding. I think?

In the Year 2020

This year has been an absolute doozy. Forget the fact that the world has shut down in response to a global pandemic – if we asked “what horrible things happened in 2020” how long would it take you to remember the extinction-level events in Australia? Or Kobe Bryant.

Yes, friends, 2020 is officially the year that our species, and this world, jumped the shark.

So… if Baseball does come back this year, what would happen…
