Once upon a time, we did a feature called Bird’s Eye View Extra Innings. This was back in the BSR days, and it happened when we had extra, bonus content to release.

Fast and Loose

Alex Fast is the Vice President of Pitcher List and a contributor on ESPN’s Sunday Night Baseball. But his real credentials for being on this show are his love of the Orioles and the fact that he is a genuinely good human.

Alex joins us to engage in some silliness, and then answer some questions about some Orioles pitchers, the state of the organization’s pitching development, and whether we have reached a new “golden era” of pitching.
